Physical Orders are sent via India Post at the regular rate, with tracking made available. Packages will typically be delivered 5-14 business days from date of order, but may take longer at times. Digital products will be either emailed to you or you can download after purchase.

All sales are final. If there is an issue with the quality of your print (physical) , the condition it was received in, or if the print isn’t up to your standards by any degree, please reach out and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. If prints are damaged or not of quality, a reprint may be issued.

Prints will arrive either in a hard body envelope or rolled cardboard tube, depending on the size of order. Care is taken in preparation to ensure deliveries arrive unharmed. If your order arrives damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately for a free reprint.

Currently only traditional silver-halide prints using Fuji Crystal Archive Luster is available. We’re working on rolling out archival products soon.
