The Indian-ness of péro rests in the textile process, where materials pass through the hands of one craftsperson to the other, carrying forward the Indian tradition of hand-crafting and creating pieces that are at once unique. The resulting garment evokes some sense of culture from where it originates. This culture communicates internationally in a way that the wearer looks equally at ease in the streets of Paris or London, as she does here, in India. The look is not about an age group or season, it is about a mindset, a willingness to incorporate the effortless style of the locals. The label is launched by Aneeth Arora, a textile graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and a fashion graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology. She calls herself a ‘textile and dress maker’ and what fascinates and inspires her most is the clothing and dressing styles of the local people, which makes them so effortlessly stylish and trendy, therefore making them real trend-setters of our time. http://pero.co.in/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ilovepero/

( Text source: Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osaka_Aquarium_Kaiyukan ) Kaiyukan is one of Japan’s most spectacular aquariums, world-renowned for its innovative presentation. Kaiyukan shows the aquatic animals of the Pacific Rim at their most vibrant and dynamic, by recreating the natural environment of their habitats. At Kaiyukan there are over 15 large tanks, each recreating a specific region of the Pacific Rim, taking visitors on a virtual tour of the Pacific Ocean. The tanks include, “Japan Forest,” which recreates a sunlit, beautiful Japanese forest; the icy, snow-clad “Antarctica;” and the centerpiece of the aquarium, “Pacific Ocean,” a 9 m deep, 34 m long tank containing 5,400 tons of water, serving as the home of whale sharks, the largest fish species in the world. Kaiyukan is confident that the encounter with 30,000 creatures encompassing 620 species—including otters, sea lions, penguins, dolphins, whale sharks, rays, and jellyfish, to name just a few—will prove a deeply rewarding experience. A Glimpse of Kyoto Night
A casual day walking the streets of Kyoto, I found a girl who's eyes met mine. She was singing and playing music with her ukulele. I stood there watching her, unable to express my gratitude of slowing down, among the fast crowd walking by. I think deep down, we both were happy we met each other and connected with her music. I captured her, the streets, the crowd, the lake behind her. I spend good amount of half hour with her just listening to her sing in Japanese language. Even though I didn't understand anything literally, it was the most beautiful way to end a night.
